THE HIP PROCESS
If you qualify for HIP, you could get reimbursed for projects that improve your property and protect the lake! Properties with homes in the Lake Whatcom watershed that were not built to current code standards to protect water quality may participate in HIP. Getting started is easy. First, enter your address to see if you qualify. If you do, you’ll be directed to a page that describes the types of HIP projects possible on your property.
